IndicationsRelief of inflammation and pain in both acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Target species: Dogs Dosage and AdministrationAdminister orally, mixed with food or directly into the animal’s mouth. Shake well before use. Initial treatment: 1 ml per 7.5 kg body weight on the first day. Maintenance dose: 1 ml per 15 kg body weight once daily, at 24-hour intervals. In case of long-term treatment, after observing clinical response (after more than 4 days), the dose may be adjusted to the lowest effective individual dose, as the severity of pain and inflammation associated with chronic musculoskeletal disorders may vary over time. Special care should be taken to ensure accurate dosing. Instructions for UseShake the bottle well. Press and remove the cap. Insert the applicator into the dosing insert in the bottle neck. Turn the bottle upside down. Draw the required dose into the applicator. Return the bottle to the upright position. Remove the applicator with a twisting motion. Press the plunger to empty the contents into food or directly into the mouth. Treatment DurationClinical improvement is usually observed within 3–4 days. Treatment should be discontinued no later than 10 days if no clinical improvement is observed. Alternatively, treatment may be initiated with Meloxicam Bioveta 5 mg/ml injectable solution. Adverse ReactionsTypical NSAID-related side effects have occasionally been observed, such as:
Loss of appetite
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Occult blood in feces
Apathy
Renal failure
In very rare cases:
Hemorrhagic diarrhea
Bloody vomiting
Gastrointestinal ulceration
Increased liver enzymes
These side effects usually occur within the first week of treatment, are generally transient, and disappear after discontinuation. In very rare cases, they may be serious or fatal. If adverse reactions occur, stop treatment and consult a veterinarian. Frequency classification:

Avoid use in dehydrated, hypovolemic, or hypotensive animals due to increased risk of renal toxicity. This product is intended for dogs only and must not be used in cats.
